about

Ultra-low bass music. Electronic goodness. Nerdy. This IS BitPusher.

This release is a big deal for me, as it represents an evolution in my sound and style. Prior to this album, I have worked with software that is either chiptune related or is built from the chiptune world (such as LSDJ and Nanoloop), but for this, I have moved to something bigger (the wonderful Milkytracker) which has given me a much bigger canvas to express myself and have some fun. Having alot more control, alot more capabilities for sounds, and certainly alot less constraints to work with, I felt completely uninhibited as I wrote these tunes. I am one of those people that can associate emotion with sounds, so there is there are tunes on here where I pulled positive and negative emotions out of myself, even elements of my core person, and laid them out in music, not that anyone would really get that but me. I also never claimed to be a particularly talented musician either, so bare that in mind.

Nonetheless, there's multiple styles of electronic music on board, plenty of sub-bass goodness because extreme bass not to mention car audio in general is a big passion of mine, so there is certainly plenty here to give your subwoofers a workout including a simple excursion testing track with frequencies below 20hz.

about

BitPusher

I make both bass music for car audio junkies, and 8-bit/chiptune because why not? I do this because I enjoy it, and if I'm lucky, someone somewhere might even like one of my tunes. Thank you for swinging by, and feel free to visit me at BitPusher2600.net if you wish. ... more
